We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast options which had a wide variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's location, in a residential area close to the exhibition center, was perfect for us as we were attending a show there.

All of our taxi drivers had trouble finding the Blue Horrison Royal Parklane International Hotel. Because the Hotels business card Chinese writting is to small and is the wrong dialect for the Shanghai area.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a new international expo, and I must say it was a great location for those attending the exhibition. The hotel was conveniently close to the metro station, making transportation easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered was delicious, and there were various facilities available to make the stay enjoyable. it was a convenient and pleasant experience.

The surrounding area of the hotel was quite dirty and not well-maintained.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to Maglev and Metro Station, allowing for easy exploration of Shanghai. The staff's behavior exceeded expectations, providing excellent service. The breakfast options were plentiful and highly enjoyable. The shuttle bus for the Expo was convenient and reliable.

They are so cheap they have WiFi in room but when I start using it they closed it and the minibar was turned off no electricty and I couldnt use it

Convenient Location and Great Service

During my New Year’s stay, I found the hotel's location to be convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. the excellent service provided by the staff deserves a special mention. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that was quite satisfying.

The surroundings of the hotel were very noisy and the noise from the nearby streets could be heard clearly within the rooms. The hotel lacked some basic amenities that would have made the stay more pleasant.

The stuff forgotted to check my reservation and as a result I had to stay in room without window and for big money. Only Booking Stuff could resolve the situation. But I spent a lot of time to organize my staying at hotel.
